We can well understand that you our customers are nervous ordering as it can be difficult when comparing product especially quality and price. Our policy is to choose the best quality stock available and offer a "no questions asked" refund if you are not entirely satisfied.

Every item stocked is unique and availability depends on varying factors. Some items will always be in short supply, or may never be repeated, as they are extremely rare.

Ordering is easy, by simply choosing your items and placing them in your cart an order will be completed. The order will be sent to our sales office by email for processing and a copy to you. Once your order is processed a client manager will contact you by email to discuss availability, payment and delivery.

WEBSITE: The Website operates 24/7

Business Hours for processing orders is Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.00pm
(With web orders, a response will be within 24 hours from your order request during normal business hours)

TRADING TERMS: Payment is due prior to the order being despatched.

MINIMUM PURCHASE: $250.00 excluding GST.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment by Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Direct Deposit. (Cheques: Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared).

CREDIT: After three (3) prepaid orders. Credit will be available to approved applicants upon receipt and approval of a completed Credit Application Form.

POSTAGE & FREIGHT CHARGES: Postage and freight charges will be added to your invoice.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

1. All credit claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2. Any product that you wish to return, regardless of the reason, needs a Stock Return Authorisation Number (SRAN), unauthorised returns without a SRAN cannot be accepted.
3. Please email-Invoice Number & Date, Product Details and reason for return (we will then issue an SRAN).
4. Goods are to be packed in the same manner received to avoid damage, with the SRAN written clearly on the outside of the Package (Do not send back part Packets-complete selling units only!)
5. Goods are only to be returned by a carrier, as advised at time of SRAN issue.
6. A handling charge may apply to returned goods. Credits are only issued on the basis of exchange of goods.

PRIVACY POLICY

Once you register your information with us on line we can process your order.

Your information that you provide to us will be protected and used only by GEOdiscoveries only in the best interest of both parties. We will not supply your name, address, phone details, fax or email to any list or service. All information provided is kept confidential and secure.

The information we request is used to process your order for a quick delivery.


SHIPPING POLICY

National Shipments - Our courier we use for delivery is Star Track (owned by Qantas and Australia Post) estimated delivery times 3-7 days. If an alternative courier is to be used we will email you a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

International Shipments - All International Shipments are shipped via UPS/FedEx or similar, estimated delivery times will vary depending on distance and country. We will fax or email you a shipping quote for your approval prior to processing your order.

Shipping Exceptions - Some products may need additional handling and delivery charges. Shipping charges may vary from the additional services. In the event of these changes, we will contact you first with an approval prior to shipping.


COMPLAINTS

Refund Policy - Every item on our website is described by both photo/s and written description. All care is taken to ensure the photos represent the true nature of all products but sometimes the photo quality of each product shown may vary from product received.

Resolution of Differences - We at GEOdiscoveries are happy to discuss and attempt to resolve any disagreements a customer may have, but if a resolution cannot be achieved by mutual agreement, the matter will be resolved by laws of New South Wales of Australia.

Shipping and Handling - Each item packed and shipped will be in perfect condition at time of dispatch. On receipt of your goods prior to signing quickly insure that the parcels are well intact. Do not accept damaged boxes/parcels from the courier if opened or damaged. If boxes/parcels are intact at time of receipt but when opening, damage is present, please take a photo of the damaged items so we can investigate the damage claim (important to keep all original packaging to assist us in your claim).

Insurance (Australia) - We insure all goods being shipped

International - Under International Agreements, the right to claim compensation is limited.

The sender of a parcel has a sole right to compensation, which ceases when the parcel is delivered to the addressee. The addressee has sole right to claim compensation after accepting delivery of a parcel. Either the sender or addressee may waive a sole right to the other or to a third party. Where an addressee thinks that some of the contents of a parcel are missing, or damaged, he/she must notify us immediately so we can have the appropriate authority investigate the claim.
